Dear Sirs,

We have received your letter of the 8th instant, addressed to our representative Mr. Brake, re the above subject, instructing us to obtain for you one of the new type of Maximaire Fan Belts to various dimensions. We are not quite certain of the description you give to the belt size, and therefore have much pleasure in enclosing herewith our Drawing No. D.R. 38, and shall be glad if you will fill in the necessary dimensions in the blank spaces, so that we may obtain the correct belt size for your experimental work.

Awaiting your reply with much interest, and thanking you in anticipation.

Yours faithfully,
for Sales Dept. Section 1

Manager.
