x4707 S/W. Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} c. to E.{Mr Elliott - Chief Engineer} Sg.{Arthur F. Sidgreaves - MD} Wcr. Hn.{F. C. Honeyman - Retail orders}18/WH. 8.1.35. Graham & Coachwork Report. Sg.{Arthur F. Sidgreaves - MD} has shown Cx{Major Len W. Cox - Advertising Manager} and I your Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/FD.{Frank Dodd - Bodies}6/KW.3.1.35 and has instructed me to come to the Works to see the body in its dismantled state and to decide whether it is of sufficient interest to arrange for representatives of the leading Coachbuilders to come to the Works and look over the body components. Sg.{Arthur F. Sidgreaves - MD} thinks it might be worthwhile for me to bring with me a representative from one Coachbuilder, and I have in mind asking Mr. Ward of Park Ward to come along. I shall be glad to know whether you would advise me waiting until the return of the Cadillac from France. I take it that in any case you would like me to postpone my visit until Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer} is back from Paris. Perhaps you will kindly say when this will be. Hn.{F. C. Honeyman - Retail orders} P.S. Perhaps you will like to telephone me on the 3 o'clock call tomorrow. | ||
