X342 Roy{Sir Henry Royce}/MS. c. Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer} Da.{Bernard Day - Chassis Design}1/HP.13.8.36. Gaco Bushes. Herewith is a print of F.88657, one of the rubber bushes in the shock damper and roll bar connecting rods, which we should like to try in Gaco. There are four bushes per rod and 4 rods. It is difficult to be certain of the required durometer hardness, but we should think 50 would be a good experimental figure to try first. G.Angus & Co. may have some ideas of their own as to the hardness this sort of bush should be. Da.{Bernard Day - Chassis Design} | ||
