Thacker on his last visit to your works, brought over with him a sample 12Volt Battery, our type STXR9A which is interchangeable with the present type of battery you are fitting to the Bentley Models. We should be pleased if you would put this sample battery through various tests, etc. and in response to your request, we send you two curves showing the continuous discharge at 5.1 amperes and discharge voltage curves at 333 and 200 amperes. No doubt you will let us have your comments on the performance of this battery at your early convenience. We would mention whilst writing this letter to you, that we despatched last night for your attention, one LRT7 Regulator mounted on an RF30 base with 3BA terminals. This regulator, however, is not the same one as was returned by you after a few hours running. That one will follow on in the course of a post or so, and we would also draw your attention to the improved "Marking" of the Terminals on the fabric base. Yours faithfully, JOSEPH LUCAS LIMITED.
