Flexible Engine Mounting.

Hancock has been confirming the results he obtained on the flexible engine mounting on 28-EX. Here is his final report. This appears to me to indicate that we certainly should try a central mounting on the front of the 20/25 in conjunction with the Terraplane rubber engine mounting. This seems to give no alteration in engine smoothness, but to completely eliminate all the various clutch troubles.

The tie rod between the engine and the pedal shaft seems to be of doubtful value on the Phantom, though personally I cannot understand this.

Anyhow, the results are of sufficient interest to make it imperative that we try the 20/25 with a single point front mounting.
