Cell to cell connections

Messrs. P & R are still pressing us to adopt the burnt up connections and I find it somewhat difficult, at the present stage, to put up a really good case for the present standard bolted connections. It might perhaps be a help [REDACTED] if you would set down the argument as you see it in the present circumstances.
