X413H To Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} from BJ. BJ12/H8.1.23. 20 H.P. Please let me know what is the highest speed we have recorded with the 20 h.p., either as a chassis or with touring body. I only require this information unofficially. We are thinking of having a very light body placed on one of these chassis, to ascertain whether it is any use our selling it as a fast car in competition with such cars as the Bentley.
