To By.{R.W. Bailey - Chief Engineer} from EFC. c. to Bn.{W.O. Bentley / Mr Barrington} c. to Wor.{Arthur Wormald - General Works Manager} X. 2641. EFC1/T23.8.19. [Handwritten and crossed out: X 1627] X. 2641 - PUSH BUTTON SWITCH We attach copies of a table of clearances etc., in connection with the push button switch. The figures given are rather larger than the average we have so far experienced on production push button switches, but nevertheless are smaller than those obtained by scaling the arrangement drawing in which the contacts are shewn in their successive positions. We have given very wide limits, as it is not necessary to be very fine in this particular piece of apparatus, and we consider that the finished switches will [handwritten 'should' above 'will'] comply with the dimensions and limits given.
