We hand you herewith one small sample taken from a production sheet of bakelaque which we have just obtained from the makers, and we observe that it is of a much paler colour and fairly heavily spotted. Will you please give this sample a test for its insulation qualities and comparing it with previous samples supplied, as we are not sure whether this apparent under-curing will adversely affect its insulation properties.
