X. 3730 To Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} from EV.{Ivan Evernden - coachwork} 18.10.23. RE. ALLWEATHER 5-G-11 - X. 3730. We shall be pleased to have tie-bars fitted to this chassis whilst it is in Derby for engine repairs. Whilst we have practically completed the designs of improved body brackets, we feel it will cause too much delay to wait until they are made for this car. We therefore think that the existing brackets can remain. Messrs. Young have been told that they may expect the chassis back in the first half of next week. The spare wheel centre is made of polished nickel. Will you please change this for black enemal wi th sheradised bolt. EV.{Ivan Evernden - coachwork} | ||
