their plugs occasionally if they are to have the benefits of Ethyl fuel, and, at the same time, indulge in continuous low speed traffic work. So we hope that this will clear the present situation.

We still consider that it would be entirely wrong to discontinue the use of Ethyl because of the trouble experienced by a certain number of people who drive in an abnormal manner. If we did, in the case of the Bentley, a large proportion of rational customers who at present never get misfiring would have to have their compression ratio reduced, and the performance of the car would thereby be impaired.
