As far as we are concerned, all Thermostats are returned to the Works, for repair as usual - we have never yet dealt with the Makers-whoever they may be. Dealing with the Thermometers, this is the first we have heard of their being sent to Derby. We have a service Stock of three, for the P-111 & 30-HP. Any which prove faulty are returned to Smiths' who replace them within a couple of days, usually without charge, damage excluded of course, therefore, if these are to come up to the Works, we shall require an adequate floating Stock to keep us going. Please let us hear from you. Br/G.{Mr Griffiths - Chief Accountant / Mr Gnapp} ECC | ||
