x209 K/Kbr.2/WN.10.4.35. Copy to [redacted] Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} [redacted] Two-speed Supercharger. We are sending you herewith two blue prints of D.K.S.2428 showing two small modifications that we should like carried out on the above. The first consists of grooving the friction plates on the high gear clutch, in order to overcome the trouble reported in Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Aln.12/MJ. The second modification consists of the addition of four pegs in the freewheel clutch cage to square up the outer race of the freewheel clutch in the disengaged position. It is intended that these pegs should be ground in position so that when the outer race is pressed against these it is just free of the cone seating. Both the above modifications can be carried out on existing parts. Will you please detail and instruct for the necessary modifications to be put in hand. Att:D.K.S.2428. K/Kbr. | ||
