Crankshaft for 20/25 10,000 miles Test.
-------------------------------------

We recently standardised the Bentley crankshaft for the 20/25, and this crankshaft only has 62% balance as compared with the 80% of the 20/25.

As owners of 20/25 cars never run their engines up to 4,500 revs., we think they can safely have bigger balance weights to give the original amount of balance.

We think these weights will have to be overhanging ones, so as not to foul the crankcase. We shall be glad therefore if you would issue a drawing of suitable weights.
