I would like to know whether it is intended to bring the Watford Magneto into production on any of the 'F' type engine orders we are now considering.

Up to the present, of course, we have used only the B.T.H. but we ran a type test with the Watford, and have a completed standardisation sheet for same.

In regard to cost, the price of the two magnetos are as follows :-

Norths (Watford) £21. 0. 0.

B.T.H. £19.15. 6.

Rg.{Mr Rowledge} verbally agreed that he would rather carry on with the B.T.H. BY.{R.W. Bailey - Chief Engineer}
