IMPORTANT NOTICE.

Make a record of the Number of all Instruments of our make owned by you.

If you lose an Instrument notify us of the date of loss, Number, Style and Range. If this is returned from other sources, we can then advise you.

When an Instrument is returned to us for any purpose, ADVISE US BY LETTER OR POSTAL CARD THE DATE OF SHIPMENT, NUMBER AND STYLE. Identification is almost impossible in many cases without this information.

RE-SHIPMENT.

[STAMP: ...7 DEC 1926]

If it becomes necessary to return this Instrument, a case should be used which is sufficiently large to admit of three inches of excelsior packing between the sides, top and bottom of the case and the Instrument.

Instruments that are returned to be repaired, should be packed as carefully as new ones, as otherwise additional damage is likely to be incurred during transit.

The lids of cases containing Instruments should always be screwed down and not nailed, as the jarring from the hammer is liable to damage the Instrument.
