[Struck through] E/Ev.{Ivan Evernden - coachwork}10/LN.27.11.36. Re Phantom III Frame Heights. We thank you for your L.S/C.25.11.36 giving the particulars of the heights of the frame on 3.AZ.176 and 3.AZ.132. Both cars in front appear to be the right height within 50 thou. of 1”. In the case of the rear, the limousine seems to be about 1/4” low and the Two-seater 1/2” high. Speaking generally one would say that these cars were standing on their proper keel as drawn when fully laden, and therefore their visibility should be such as our design investigation illustrates provided that the seats when compressed come to the position given on the R.R. chassis print.
