C.C.Wakefield & Co. Ltd., Wakefield House, 30/32, Cheapside, LONDON, E.C.2. Dear Mr. Limb, As explained to you the other day the changes in viscosity of your oils will mean all our instruction books are wrong. We have given consideration to this matter, and above all, wish to prevent a similar trouble in the future. Our instruction books from now on will recommend oils made by certain manufacturers and state only the viscosities and not the trade names. We therefore ask you to label visibly the viscosity of oils so that when one of our customers calls at a garage he will get what he wants. We hope you will agree to this. Yours sincerely, | ||
