Bentley / Mr Barrington}, and sent a copy of Mr Cowens memo as suggested. I am attaching herewith copy of a wire received from C, the day before I went to London, also copy of memo C13/H9919, which will make quite clear the points raised in memo quoted above. I regret this matter was overlooked, but my typist was also of the opinion, when I mentioned it originally, that I had actually written the memo on the subject referred to and supplied copy of Mr Cowens memo.
