Compressor.

Vertical twin cylinder single stage, water cooled compressor, incorporating drop forged steel counterbalanced crankshaft and connecting rods with full pressure lubrication to all bearings, Oilmatic unloader permitting no load start for motor, having 3¼" bore x 4" stroke fitted with multiple vee-grooved fan type flywheel, which at a speed of 700 r.p.m. will displace 21 cu. ft. of free air per minute arranged for a maximum working pressure of 150 lbs per square inch.

Motor.

7½ H.P. Brook totally enclosed surface cooled squirrel cage motor wound for operating on 400 volts, three phase, 50 cycles supply, suitable for star delta starting.

Starter.

B.E.N. automatic Star Delta starter with no volt and 3 overload releases.

Drive.

Through short centre endless multiple vee-rope in machine grooved pulleys, motor mounted upon slide rails for adjusting tension.
