As it will now be necessary to detail so much experimental work in your department, I think it will be as well if you will abandon all experimental work on vibratory regulators. I also find that time has been spent on attempting to design a vibratory regulator and cutout; this also should be stopped. Apparently the dynamo with third brush and single field circuit for the third brush will do all you desire, and is the simplest arrangement. Can we not adopt this on the dynamos we are obtaining and making for trial on 40/50 H.P. and "Hawk II": concentrate on this. .R | ||
