Messrs. Leys Malleable Castings Ltd.,
DERBY.

Dear Sirs,

Lepaz Brake Drums for Phantom III.

We are returning marked for the attention of Mr. Pease four brake drums castings which are again defective.

While you have been making these castings we have succeeded in making some drums cast in our own foundry which have proved satisfactory on a 30,000 miles test, In view of this and because there is obviously some difficulty in casting "Lepaz", we have decided that we do not want further supplies for test.

Yours faithfully,

FOR ROLLS-ROYCE LTD.
