ITEM DESIGN POSITION.

BENTLEY CHASSIS.

Frame cross and separate gearbox (engine moved forward 3"). In hand.

Connecting rod with lead bronze big end. In hand.

Revised starting handle to suit stabilising bumper. Completed.

Modified inlet valve (to facilitate production). Completed.

Centrally mounted radiator:- modification to radiator crossmember to improve clearance. Completed.

Modification to Wilmot-Breedon bumper to improve durability. Completed.

Revised front axle control to eliminate brake judders. In hand.

Auto adjusting tappets. In hand.


SPECTRECodename for Phantom III CHASSIS.

Single piston quadruple downdraught carburetter. In hand.

External modifications to/facilitate enamelling. cylinder head to In hand.

Reduced oil feed and improved cylinder head oil drainage. In hand.
