Gentlemen; Attention Mr. John DeLooze.

On April 10th we wrote giving you an accounting of the $300.00 sent us for purchases made by Mr.Robotham. At that time we had a balance of $52.28 to your credit in this fund. Since then we have expended items as noted below so that now there is a debit balance of $137.76.

We have paid for all the items left with us by Mr.Robotham with the exception of the purchase of the Cadillac car, and on that we have not been able to get a promise of delivery date from the Cadillac Company.

As these items have been paid out of our petty cash account, which is a small fund, we shall appreciate your sending us a check balancing the account, which check should be payable to J.S.Inskip.

We enclose invoices and receipts covering the more recent expenditures.
