- 2 - Messrs. Rolls-Royce, Ltd. 22.7.38. If several batteries are on test together, the discharge would be stopped as soon as any one battery reached 10.8 final volts, which is a perfectly satisfactory procedure if all the batteries are of approximately the same capacity. We hope to despatch the battery mentioned in the early part of this letter to you during the week commencing 1st August and it will be marked for the attention of Mr. Leslie who arranged for the despatch of this battery during Mr. Minchin's recent visit to your Works. The Writer will be pleased to visit you at a later date to review the whole situation generally, and we shall be pleased if you will indicate what date would be convenient. Yours faithfully, PETO & RADFORD. C. S. Chapman | ||
