It has occurred to me that the WW N scheme 2830 (2380 ?) for the new Bijur oil pump using a spring controlled valve may not have provided for the escape of air when the container is empty.

If this is so we suggest that a release can be made by slotting the cylinder in accordance with the accompanying rough diagram so that air trapped beneath the piston will not be forced into the system but will return to the upper chamber. This has not been necessary on our previous pumps, because we have not used a spring controlled valve.

The following list of S.S. drip plugs is by way of confirming the previous list we sent through.

Will you please order according to this list. I believe the previous one was one drip plug down, owing to my copying RHC{R. H. Coverley - Production Engineer}'s original list of points supplied which is evidently wrong. This can be confirmed by comparing with the blue prints of the designation of drip plugs which we recently sent through.

The cross and side steering levers have two separate drip-plugs. On the lists it is made out for one to feed both points. The India chassis should have one SO ( O single) added for like reasons.
