For the attention of Mr. C. S. Steadman. Dear Sirs, We thank you for your letter of November 30th and for the Ferogrip belt which has turned over on your test bed. On examination of the section it is obvious that one of the cords is "cocked" and you are quite right in assuming that this is the cause of the trouble. We note that you require 3 of these belts i.e. Part No. EB.3927 and that your order of September 21st for 3 belts to Part No. EB.4202 is now to be increased to 6. The necessary arrangements have been made to produce these belts and they will receive the requisite care and attention in manufacture and will, in fact, be the best we know how to make.
