RE FITTING REAR SHOCK ABSORBERS TO 40/50 CHASSIS.
We consider that the Works should be made fully aware that the fact of fitting the new type petrol tanks to take the rear shock absorber is only a part of the job. The cars that have the new tanks must also have the new bracket on the rear axle and the rear springs should be shortened 1.25".
