[STAMP: A] [STAMP: RECEIVED, 12 OCT 1912, CRB] 11th October 1912. Messrs Rolls Royce Limited, Nightingale Road, DERBY. Dear Sirs, We refer again to your letter of 20th ultimo and we have now pleasure in giving you the particulars which you require of the samples of Wakefield's Racing and Touring Oils which you sent us for examination. We would especially draw your attention to the figures for Flash point in the sample of Touring Oil. Our chemists inform us that the great difference between Close and Open Flash point is due to the oil containing a small percentage of volatile oil which shows itself in the close test but which is driven off when the open test is taken. We trust that the particulars given will meet your requirements & We are, Yours truly, PRICE'S PATENT CANDLE COMPANY LIMITED [Signature: SteeleNelson] [Handwritten note]: Noted in Book GB.
