Dear Robotham,

Many thanks for yours of the 29th August, Ref. Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}6/ET. The suggested alternative is certainly in greater abundance than Bluecol nowadays and the indications are not very bright from a replenishment angle when our small stock is exhausted. I am sending you two gallons under separate cover.

Regarding your enquiry, Mr.Walton's efforts, as a matter of fact, were finalised a week or so ago but, to be quite honest, the detail in his dial schemes did not please me in the light of my knowledge of your requirements in this direction and the slight modifications necessary have delayed the job. However, you may expect the drawing in the course of the next two or three days.

Sincerely yours,

Charles W. Nichol
