Owner's complaint - Harsh springing at low speeds.
-------------------------------------------
We have today completed the fitting of the modified controllable shock dampers supplied for the above car on the 16th inst.

The suspension is now definitely improved and in our opinion, is up to standard in and around the speeds complained of by the owner.

Tests were carried out this morning in the presence of LES and myself on the Greenford By-pass for maximum speed with the riding control set at minimum. This test was satisfactory in every way.

We are returning to you under cover of our advice note No.4125, marked for the attention of Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/LES the shock dampers removed from the above chassis, for examination.
