I think it is one of the most interesting questions today in the low priced car field as to whether it is cheaper to use the somewhat larger and slower speed engine without damping devices or attempt to get the same power by driving a smaller engine at a somewhat higher speed, requiring some sort of damping to make the operation satisfactory. I did not know that there was any such thing as a really good London fog. I might be willing to inspect one as a curiosity but can well get along without the opportunity. Sincerely yours, Sgd.
