Dixon Esq., Messrs. Rolls-Royce Ltd., D E R B Y. Dear Mr. Dixon, We had in yesterday one of your new 30 h.p. cars with pump trouble, namely buzzing, due to your people bending up the blades of the spring. Cannot you get this practice stopped, as in the first place it is bound to cause trouble, and it is hardly fair on us that we should have to stand the expense of the guarantee in these cases where the fault is not our own. We have had quite a number of pumps returned to us, and the chief trouble so far as we can find out has been due to these blades being bent up. Yours sincerely, [Signature] | ||
