For the attention of Mr. Leslie Kent.

Dear Sirs,

We are anxious to know the position with regard to the 6 high pressure pumps. Your Mr. Harris promised us delivery in a week to 10 days from June 2nd. and also what progress you are making towards completing our order for the 24 pumps.

Will you please despatch

12 high pressure pump diaphragm assemblies fitted with two layers of oil silk.

24 Standard pump diaphragm assemblies with one layer of oil silk together with a supply of brass rollers.

What is the position now with regard to the centralisation of the pole piece in the magnet pot?

We would like to know when you are going to be in a position to deliver all our pumps with a truely centralised pole piece so that we may have a record of when we should be free of the trouble this has caused.

Yours faithfully,

FOR ROLLS-ROYCE LTD.
