Mr. F.J. Allen,
"Twynham"
Manor Road,
Horsell, Woking.

Dear Sir,

We have received your letter of the 11th inst. We start work at 8.30 a.m., but on the day you come, namely Monday 21 inst., it would be more convenient if you came in about 10 a.m. and subsequently attend punctually at 8.30.

Regarding the matter of accommodation in the town, Mr. Furner will be pleased to see if he can do anything for you and has promised to write to you during the course of a week. He may at any rate offer you some suggestions as to whereabouts to try.

Yours faithfully,

P.S. We have received your further letter. As you are not able to start on Monday the 21st.inst. we shall be glad to see you as already arranged, but on Monday, the 28th inst.

ELECTRO-TECHNICAL ENGINEER.
