32-EX. PHANTOM III.

Gardiner and I arrived with this car on Monday afternoon and the rest of the team, the same evening. They travelled by the Dover-Calais route as arranged with you. This enabled them to get through from Derby to Chateauroux in the day, and be ready for work in the morning.

We have had some unexpected petrol starvation after a short halt or slow running. This is receiving all our attention while the hot weather lasts and a full report will follow.

Enclosed are lists of special features. Further copies will be sent when completed.
