that when with the springs anchored under the axle, they made a tremendous improvement but with the springs above the axle, one does not feel, when riding those cars, the necessity of the shock absorbers.

I should recommend a set were fitted to Mr. Hanbury's Car and perhaps Mr. Northey's, but it would not be wise to rush these expensive pieces on to all chassis until we know their true value.
