To Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} from Sg.{Arthur F. Sidgreaves - MD} re New Type Dampers. Hand Control or Automatic Control. Sg{Arthur F. Sidgreaves - MD}18/E3.3.33 In the Minutes of the Conference held at Derby on January 12th you said that you were proposing to fit the automatically controlled dampers to the new chassis 104-MY for me. In view of what has happened in regard to 19-EX, I am not quite sure whether you will have changed your views on this point but should be glad if you would let me know. I had arranged for the Hartford shock absorber brackets on 58-GN to be removed and fitted to the new chassis so that, if I took it over to France, I could easily slip on the Hartfords, but as I am not quite sure what you are really going to give me, I should like your views on this suggestion before I take any further action. I only want to have whatever you think it would be useful for me to have from the point of view of our gaining experience. Sg.{Arthur F. Sidgreaves - MD} | ||
