Dear Mr. Robotham,
In answer to your letter of yesterday, reference as above, I saw Mr. Fisher and quite agree that the best thing would be to make some tests first of all.
We have started on this work, and I hope in about a week's time to let you know what is the maximum air flow we can get through an AAV-2 carburetter.
I might tell you, however, that we are shortly starting on the design of a single barrel carburetter, embodying the twin float and other AAV features, and this will be made in sizes 36 and 42. As soon as the design is completed, I will send you all details.
In the meanwhile, I remain,
Yours sincerely,
TLT/LT.
