Dear Sirs,

We have purchased from you recently several barrels of 'XL' lubricating oil. As a matter of policy we always like to know what is the actual composition of the oils we use.

We should be pleased if you could provide us with the following particulars as regards 'XL' Oil.

(1) Mineral oil basis.
(2) Percentage of fatty oil.
(3) What kinds of fatty oils used.
