For the attention of Mr. Hives.

Dear Sirs,

In reference to the writer's recent visit to your Works in regard to plugs for your cars. We understand that the Model C3. Plug which we have submitted is not altogether suitable, and that you would prefer a Mica washer insulated Plug of the detachable type. This will necessitate our developing a new model which we now have in hand, but of which we should not be able to give you good deliveries for some little time.

On considering the matter in the light of our conversation with you, we think that a very suitable plug for your car would be our Model MB. Plug fitted with our detachable weatherproof terminal. This is a more expensive type of plug than our Model C3., and is the very best type of plug which we make for car engines. You will observe that it is not of the detachable type, but it has ample electrical leakage surface and will withstand a considerable amount of carbonization. We
