Dear Captain Phillips,

Thank you so much for your letter of August 19th.
We should only be too pleased to provide a Bentley car for opening the track, if you find that you would like one.

We have five Works officials who would like to see the Race and Mr.Sleator, our Paris Manager, is coming over with a number of French enthusiasts. We should like to get him a pass if possible, making half a dozen in all.
