Rolls Royce Limited, D E R B Y. For the attention of Mr.Leslie. Dear Mr. Leslie, I am enclosing 6 sheets of special fine Emery Paper which we use when surfacing carbon Rings. If the paper is placed on sheet glass and the ring is rubbed lightly on it it will produce a surface which will give a satisfactory seal without any further attention. Will you be good enough to see that the paper is passed to the right quarter as I am not sure whether it was Mr.Lindley (?) or Mr. Rubbra who asked me to send this. With kind regards, Yours sincerely, p.p. W. MARTIN-HURST. Enclo. Emery Paper R.38 | ||
