Dear Sirs,

We are in receipt of your esteemed order dated August 5th for "Boilerine" Tablets, and we tender you our best thanks for same.

In view of your request for a sufficient quantity to treat 50 gallons of water for preventing a deposit of lime and corrosion in the radiator, we have sent you our smallest size tin, containing 200 Tablets, despatched to-day per Parcel Post, and we herewith enclose our Invoice. As the Derby Corporation Water is of 22 degrees hardness, you would require to use 3 Tablets per Gallon for same, but in the case of "Derwent Valley" Water, which is of 3.9 degrees hardness, you would only require one Tablet per Gallon; we mention these figures as we do not know which supply you use.

To "DE-FUR" the water-cooling system of a Petrol-engined Vehicle, use 50 Tablets per Gallon for two or three treatments, after each of which the improvement will be noticed.

Water once treated with the Tablets can never deposit or corrode.

For your information and probable interest, we might say that W.H.Dorman & Co, Ltd., Stafford, ordered some of our Tablets on 22nd April for making a trial test, and they have promised to let us have a report upon it, we expect this in about a month, and we will then send you on a copy.

On May 20th Sir William C. Fitzwilliam very kindly consented to us sending a sample of our Tablets to the Royal Mews, Buckingham Palace, and promised on receipt of same to give them a trial, the result of which we are of course awaiting with interest.

Should you desire any further information, we should be pleased to give same to the best of our ability.

Again thanking you and anticipating a continuance of your valued orders, with the favour of your recommendations, we are,

Yours faithfully,
FOR and on Behalf of, BOILERINE LIMITED.
(Signed) James W.G.Ross.
Governing Director.
