Component failures due to insufficient clearance and a recommendation to alter drawing limits.

The cause of the failures experienced is therefore due we consider to insufficient clearance between the bush and the pin plus a slight contracting effect due to the bushes not being properly cured.

The drawing only shews a clearance of .001" with a max. limit of .001" which means that in the extreme limit only .002" clearance is available. This should be altered immediately to shew a minimum clearance of .002" on the minimum limits.
