CHASSIS.
========
(1) Shock dampers - automatic with hand over-riding control [Handwritten note: See L.E.S. Bushes]
(2) Strengthened fixing and brackets front and rear.
(3) Modified position of sheet metal crossmember for larger wells in body.
(4) Dropped front crossmember with lamp pillars outside frame.
(5) Tunnel and cover through radiator shutters for starting handle shaft.
(6) RR. stop lamp switch and fixing, as Bentley.
(7) Metal mud excluders on steering joints - cheaper and more efficient. [Handwritten note: Open Bentley]
(8) Petrol tank - sealed filler and separate vent. [Handwritten note: Open Bentley]
(9) Modifications to suit concealed luggage grid.
(10) Strengthened accelerator pedal stop.
(11) Semi isolation of floorboards - to prevent booming. [Handwritten note: ? Bentley]
(12) Spherical bearings for brake equaliser shafts - improved design and to facilitate production. [Handwritten note: ? Blue Bentley]
(13) Rear axle - Shatz type of pinion thrust bearing.
(14) D.W.S. Jacks. [Handwritten note: a drawn box]
(15) Brakes - Easy adjustment with protected working parts - wider front brake shoes.
(16) Direct operation to all four wheels.
(17) Servo with reduced frictional losses. [Handwritten note below, related to 16 & 17: Frielac]
(18) Stiffened shafts on both axles to reduce brake 'sponge'.
(19) Brake linings fixed with bifurcated rivets to facilitate production. [Handwritten note in left margin: Skd]
(20) Alternate 2nd speed gear dogs backed off to facilitate gear change.
(21) Pressed steel change speed gear gate - cheaper production.
