Accident at Chateauroux.
-----------------------

We are pleased to report that
arrangements were made to-day for Pattinson to make
a statement regarding the accident, and this took
place in the presence of the local police authorities,
who will transmit Pattinson's statement to the right
quarter at Chateauroux.

We were also present at the inter-
view, and no awkward questions were raised. There is
now very little liklihood of Pattinson having to return
to Chateauroux to be interviewed by the Judge who is
handling the case.
