Dear Sirs,

Re Bentley Clutch.

We have to acknowledge receipt of your esteemed letter of the 16th instant for which please accept our thanks, and would confirm telephone conversation of this morning when we advised that we will arrange to build one 10" driven plate, having crimp .045". We would kindly ask you to keep us advised as to results of tests.

We further thank you for your promise to arrange to forward confirmatory order immediately, for as intimated, our respective Accounts Departments have agreed that in every instance material we supply must be covered by an official order, and advice notes must bear order reference.

Also we will arrange to build a sample 10" driven plate having cross cushion segment disc and if you desire to experiment with same we would kindly ask you to advise us.
