Re Mercedes.
-----

I have been trying to get some information in regard to their types of cars and the super-charger, and something to give you a run on.

The Mercedes people suggest that you may be referring to a car which took part in the Indianapolis Race, and this will be of the Indianapolis type. The Mercedes cars that took part in this race were fitted with 2-litre engines and they have one of these cars in London fitted with a 15.9 standard engine. The car is capable of high speed, and they would be pleased to place it at our disposal for inspection and trial. It is fitted with a super-charger, has a 2-seater body, and is new, the price being £1650.

Will you please let me know if you would like to try this car. If you would please telephone me on receipt of this, I will fix it up. It is not possible to get hold of one of the old racers so far as they know, and they have none of the ordinary models in stock, although they are expecting samples over shortly.
