Dear Sirs,

Your Ref. Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer} 1/KT.

It is not very often that the Track is closed for ordinary purposes except on a Saturday or perhaps for one hour during the days of a week prior to a big Open Meeting when we use a different circuit for Mountain Racing practice.

I noticed one of your cars came down here this week but it was most unfortunate that the notice which was displayed in the Paddock all last week had not been seen by them as this would have notified them that the Track was closed for ordinary purposes.

[Handwritten]: no list attached

I enclose herewith a list of Race Meetings down here.
Obviously on these days ordinary work cannot be done. If you contemplate sending down a car just before one of these race Meetings it might be advisable if you were to ring up the Track before starting.

[Stamp]: Enclosure

Needless to say I am very anxious to help you in every way I possibly can.

Yours faithfully,
[Signature]
Clerk of the Course.

[Handwritten]: It is possible that it may not be Open next week. if required ask me and we can ring up about this.
